ShadowPartner has been a game-changer for athletes returning from injury. It allows them to ease back into live motion safely while still building timing, positioning, and confidence. It can also be used regularly in 3-man groups during practice to keep everyone active and engaged, and our athletes also use it after practice for extra reps. It’s helped our wrestlers stay sharp without wearing down their bodies.

Grip partner has been just as impactful. It’s incredible for developing hand strength and grip endurance l, two things that add value to your wrestling. Our team uses Grip Partner daily, and we’ve seen gains in mat control and pulling strength.
