ShadowPartner
Medium
More reps.
Better Technique.
Faster Development.
ShadowPartner Medium gives youth wrestlers the opportunity to practice whatever they want, even without a training partner.
Why Coaches and Parents Choose ShadowPartner
-
More quality reps—even without a partner. Give your wrestler a way to practice at home and reinforce what they learn with their coach.
-
Build confidence, one move at a time. Let newer wrestlers slow down, learn positioning, and repeat techniques at their own pace.
-
Realistic movement for meaningful practice. An articulated body and movable joints help wrestlers work on entries, positioning, and finishes.
-
Mom and Dad can stop taking the takedowns. Support your child’s training without being the practice opponent.
-
Sized for youth wrestlers. Medium and Medium Tall options provide a training partner suited to smaller athletes.
-
Practice standing techniques on a partner that stands on its own. Work on shots, snap-downs, and takedown entries without someone holding the target.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Customer Rating
"It's easier to teach novice wrestlers takedowns on this than on each other. Novice wrestlers are bad workout partners and stop each other from learning. With the ShadowPartner, I get them doing the move correctly and then add a real partner into the mix”
- Ken Luckenbill, Wrestling Coach and ShadowPartner Medium Owner
“Our Kids love it, they even named him Fred! My boys use it for repetitive drills, which has really helped improve their muscle memory and speed. One of their favorite features is that it stands on its own, with movable arms and a rotating waist, making drills more realistic. It's a big win for practice time!"
