Return Policy (Technique Partner LLC)

We want you to love your Technique Partner product. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

  • Items must be returned unused, unmodified, and in resellable condition, with all original components included.

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RA may be refused.

Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is approved as a warranty defect or we shipped the wrong item.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipment receipt.

Damaged, Used, or Incomplete Returns

If a returned item shows use, abuse, modification, missing parts, or damage not consistent with carrier transit, the return may be:

  • Denied and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense, or

  • Approved with a reduced refund or store credit based on the item’s condition and recoverable value (e.g., refurbished/factory-second value).

Shipping Damage (Report Quickly)

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of: the product, the damage, the box, and packing materials

  • Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
    We’ll help determine the best resolution and, if applicable, assist with a carrier claim.

Warranty / Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair or replace the product or affected component, or

  • Issue a refund once the item is returned and inspected
    Normal wear, misuse, improper storage, and intentional damage are not covered.

Exchanges / Upgrades

If you’d like to switch to a different model (including an upgrade), contact us—eligible return credit may be applied toward your new order once the original item is received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

Factory seconds / blemished items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange (unless covered by a specific written warranty provided at purchase).

How to Start a Return

Email techniquepartner@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged)

We’ll reply with return instructions and, if approved, a Return Authorization (RA).
