These devices have an internal skeletal structure completely covered with highly durable blend of polyurethane foam to protect the practitioner. The arms, legs, and hips are spring loaded to return to its stance which is quite adjustable. They are ideal for, takedowns, submissions, arm locks, finger locks, wrist locks, striking, and have a joints at every finger, the wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck, back, both hips. They are highly engineered as a lightweight device so the practitioner does not need to expend a lot of energy picking them back up. The back tether can be attached to an overhead elastic band so that the device springs back to its feet after being knocked down.
