ShadowPartner has been a game-changer for athletes returning from injury. It allows them to ease back into live motion safely while still building timing, positioning, and confidence. It can also be used regularly in 3-man groups during practice to keep everyone active and engaged, and our athletes also use it after practice for extra reps.
